We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund.

Simply contact The Silver Genie Store and let us know what the problem/reason for return is and we will authorize the return or exchange.

WARRANTY

There is a 1 year warranty on defects in manufacturing.

Warranty is for repair or replacement only.

* Inserting or removing the AC adapter while plugged into the wall could cause damage to the adapter and will void the warranty if a malfunction should occur.

The 30 day return privilege is for items that are in original condition and complete. (Not damaged or modified by buyer.)

A copy of your receipt showing date of purchase will be required.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
